Led by Dr. Samuel Saforo-Kwapong, a seasoned educator and intercultural strategist, our team is passionate about creating spaces where faith, justice, and leadership intersect. Through intentional dialogue and customized training, we help communities cultivate unity, deepen discipleship, and lead with courage in today’s diverse and evolving culture.

Our training services were shaped by real-life challenges in social work, ministry, and education, where Dr. Saforo-Kwapong saw firsthand the need for biblically grounded, culturally informed leadership

Diversity Training

Our diversity training emphasizes becoming antiracist, racial reconciliation biblically-based social justice. We study the life of Jesus and how he maneuvered a lot of these situations during his time on earth.

Leadership Development

We take on the concept of leadership from the best leader to ever walk on this earth and make it practical for today’s society. We start with self-leadership and how to order our lives before moving on to leading others.

The world we live in is interconnected more now than ever. With our intercultural competence training, we will walk through the Intercultural Competence Continuum. Participants will get the opportunity to see where they rank. We will also talk about ways to interact with people different from us.

Intercultural Competence Development

We are called by God to …”learn to do good; Seek justice…” This is part of our mandate as followers of Christ. How do we do this without impugning our faith? How is this done without compromising our Christian integrity? We walk through this together with your students/team.
